Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be returned in its original packaging.
• Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or any signs of wear.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Final sale or clearance items.
• Gift cards.
• Intimate apparel, swimwear, or bodysuits (if applicable).
• Items marked as non-returnable on the product page.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at support@linentheory.shop with:

• Your order number.
• The item(s) you wish to return.
• The reason for your return.

Our customer support team will provide return instructions.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or missing return packages.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

• Clear photos of the item and packaging.

We'll work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you'd like a different size or color, please return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed.
